Shipping and Return Policy

Each Quvira piece is handcrafted - solid wood, hand-ground finishes, and traditional carving techniques passed down through generations. Subtle variations in wood grain, texture, carving depth, or tonal finish are inherent to the process. These are not imperfections. Delivery within India: 

We try and deliver all our orders within 4 weeks. All the products in stock will be shipped within 2-3 days.

International Orders 

All international sales are final. Should your piece arrive damaged, write to us within 48 hours with photographs and order details. We will assess each case and where feasible offer a store credit or replacement subject to stock availability and a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes, which are non-refundable. Packages refused at customs are not eligible for any resolution. 

Duties, Taxes & Customs 

For India orders, all applicable taxes are included at checkout. For international orders, Quvira ships on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis — import duties and customs fees are the recipient's sole responsibility and are not collected or reimbursed by us. 

Delays & Disruptions 

Quvira is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, customs holds, or regional restrictions. We will communicate proactively and work to resolve any disruption to the best of our ability. 

Damages & Incorrect Items 

We do not accept returns. Should your piece arrive damaged or incorrect, we will arrange an exchange. Please record the unboxing and write to us at info@quvirabyriya.com within 48 hours of delivery with footage and your order details. The item must be unused, unassembled where applicable, and in its original packaging. Our team will respond within 2 business days and coordinate all logistics. 

We are unable to arrange an exchange for natural variation in wood grain, carving character, or tonal finish; damage from improper handling or care after delivery; or requests made beyond the 48-hour window.
